Best Sellers in Minneapolis/St. Paul By Megan Moseley

Nicknamed the Twin Cities, the neighboring towns of St. Paul and Minneapolis are Minnesota’s largest and most vibrant metropolitan areas. Booming with industry and life, these Midwestern powerhouses are replete with culture, music, style and art.

Those that live here say there’s a little something for everyone. Visitors can enjoy the tasty suds of the cities’ many microbrews, or check out the area’s professional sports teams with a Twins or Viking game. For the outdoorsy-types, there are plenty of scenic hikes and drives to take by the Mississippi River in the land of 10,000 lakes.

The cities also have a reputation as home to famous American novelist F. Scott Fitzgerald and acclaimed musician Prince, and of course, The Mall of America. Not to be outdone, local gift shops offer merchandise and customer service that match the diversity and friendliness the Twin Cities have to offer any and every visitor.
