Products offered: This shopping area takes up the lower level of the hotel and features a diverse selection of items. “Our product mix ranges from logoed souvenirs and T-shirts to diamond rings and everything in between,” says Valerie A. Willis, director of retail operations.

Products offered: A wide range, from swimwear and spa products to hostess gifts, candles, and, of course, chocolate. “We like to say that if you’re in Hershey and you’re looking for a nonfat gift of chocolate that you should come and buy a chocolate diamond,” says Erin DeLoach, managing director of retail.
