7 W New York Adds 14 New Additional Showrooms

7 W New York continues assembling the world-class destination marketplace with the announcement of 14 new permanent showrooms. These new resources will be joining the 500+ current suites and lines that make up the most unique and diversified marketplace in the industry.

“We are very pleased with our leasing activity this year and are excited about the number of new showrooms who have come on board, and of course the wide range of product offered by our new partners”, said Chris Collins, VP and General Manager.

Gul Ahmed Textile – Suite 515: Starting back in the 1900s, this is a corporation in the fashion, retail, and textile industries. Spinning, Weaving, Yarn Dying, Processing, Designing… What can’t they do?

Thompson Ferrier LLC – Suite 545: A company literally based off of a true love story that smells so sweet, which is what they are! A new and upcoming fragrance candle company who handpicks their design, so that when not lit, the candle goes with any décor in the home.

S.L. Home Fashions – Suite 633: With a vision of bringing innovative design to the home fashion & textile industry, this company is already expanding their showroom. Not only does this team bring unique designs to the table, or bed, but they also dip their hands with a few licenses such as NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, NASCAR, PLAYBOY, NICKELODEON, and HELLO KITTY. (This provides 7 W New York a little perk as you never know who they’re going to bring in, just like one of the NYC Giants SuperBowl players last market… shhhh, keep to yourself)

Pavana Watches – Suite 645: What time is it? Time to talk to the experts….Their contemporary Fancy Face, classic & chic Bombshell, and trend-conscious Yacht Man brands all meet the needs of a targeted market.

TMD Holdings – Suite 721: Uh huh…All shook up with our TMD Holdings. Current licensing for gift and tabletop industries include but not limited to Elvis Presley, Betty Boop, Marvel, Marilyn Manroe, and so many more! Not only do they have their license, but they also are involved with custom and private labels… You’ll just have to see their showroom in person to believe it.
