B&B Gourmet Biscuit Meal to Introduce Exciting New Versatile Product to the Gift Industry

Parkman, Maine – B&B Gourmet Biscuit Meal will be introducing their new product at the upcoming Boston Gift Show in Boston, Massachusetts in April.

The product comes premixed in ten mouthwatering flavors and in a unique knead-in-bag that allows the consumer to go from bag to piping hot fresh biscuits from the oven in 4 easy steps and 10 minutes time. The exterior bag has an elegant look that will appeal to the gift basket and gift shop community.

“We want to take the biscuit to the head of the fine dining table and give consumers the flexibility of a flavorful biscuit that can be served with a gourmet meal or on it’s own as an appetizer at any elegant function,” said Maureen Glidden, Co-Owner of B&B Gourmet Biscuit Meal. “Biscuits have been on the sideline and stereotyped as a breakfast food for too long and we want to invite the world to see that it can be a very versatile, gourmet addition to any dinner party, wine tasting, or gathering of friends and family.”

“Our flavor combinations also help with the versatility of the biscuit,” said Marie Schmiedlehner, Co-Owner of B&B Gourmet Biscuit Meal. “Our Lemon Garlic or Parmesan Cheddar flavors are perfect partnered with a decadent lobster dinner or bisque and our Strawberry Cheesecake or Cinnamon Chocolate topped with fresh cream and served with coffee can be the perfect nightcap at any dinner party.” She added, “We designed our flavors to compliment fine dining but also hold their own when served as an appetizer with dipping oils, glaze and spreads”.

Another interesting note is that $0.05 from every bag sold will be donated to B&B Gourmet Biscuit Meal’s favorite charity, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
