Carlisle Council Backs Small Business Saturday Initiative
Carlisle, UK – The city council has confirmed it is backing the inaugural Small Business Saturday, which will take place on December 7.
The day aims to celebrate the many fantastic small businesses in the UK, and encourage communities to support them in the run up to Christmas.
A grass-roots campaign, it encourages people to ‘shop local’ and support small businesses in their communities, both on the Saturday and beyond.
