Dallas Market Center announced gift, home, housewares and gourmet industry veteran Diane Falvey has joined the company as editor-in-chief, DMC Media.

Falvey is responsible for editorial content for Dallas Market Center-owned media that currently include magazines, directories, and digital media. Dallas Market Center publications have a combined circulation of more than 250,000 and include the award-winning Source magazine as well as market guides and directories. Falvey reports to Greg Joselove, vice president, DMC Media.

In addition to traditional media, emerging communications channels such as mobile apps, social media, web advertising, digital signage, and video will present new opportunities to connect exhibitors with buyers in more targeted and meaningful ways, and Falvey will contribute to identifying and creating content for these innovative efforts.
