Fairmont Village Gift Shop looks different than what you may remember with renovations now completed.

The store will now be more accessible for all customers who may want to stop by and see what the store has to offer.

Diana and Kevin Moore have owned the shop for almost 5 years after taking over from a couple who were retiring.

“It was a good change for us to come from the city in Saskatchewan because we embrace rural life,” Diana said.

Born and raised in Saskatoon, the couple made the decision after visiting the area that, if they ever were going to move from the city, the valley would be one of the places they would consider.

They took a chance when they decided to take over the shop as they had no background of running a shop in the city.

“This was a complete change for us and it has been a fun adventure,” Diana said.
