Carlisle, PA – Finally, Georgie Lou’s Retro Candy & Gifts in Carlisle has relocated just in time for the holidays.

The 4-year-old candy and gift shop owned by Stephanie Patterson Gilbert reopened Dec. 12 at 56 W. High St. Gilbert said she originally wanted to reopen several weeks ago but suffered setbacks at the shop including a bad paint job and a water leak.

Now that the doors are open, shoppers will notice the new shop is twice the size of the first Georgie Lou’s which operated along North Pitt Street.
