GreenPan Debuts New Bakeware Line, Just in Time For Fall

The Cookware Company www.green-pan.us, known for the Original GreenPan™ — breakthrough healthy ceramic non-stick cookware — introduces a new collection of bakeware that encompasses traditional bakeware and ovenware with a modern day twist.

“Each product in the Boston Bakeware collection is made of heavy gauge steel for even heat distribution, ensuring perfect baking every time,” says Dieter Naessens, Executive Vice President of Sales, the Americas, for The Cookware Company. “We’ve reinvented the baking process for the home chef with a series of health and safety features: no use of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) or silicone polyester coating, large handles for good grip and a reinforced rim for extra stability.”

With the Boston Bakeware collection, your fall treats will release perfectly and clean up worry free. The collection is made of carbon steel with Premium Bake ceramic non-stick technology for even heat distribution and extra crispy baking results. The collection is available in the following pieces:

About Premium Bake

Premium Bake, GreenPan’s healthy ceramic non-stick surface, is based on sol-gel technology; this is a technology in which materials are formed from small particles suspended in solution that gel together to form a matrix.

It is manufactured without PFOA and contains no lead or cadmium. The Premium Bake surface is healthy, safe and does not contain any toxic chemicals or persistent pollutants.

Also, GreenPan has a safety feature – the Premium Bake coating is heat resistant up to high temperatures. Meaning if you accidentally overheat your pan, even up to 450°C/850°F, no toxic fumes will be released and the coating itself will not blister or peel.
