IMC Appoints Nicole Hoppen Consultant for Las Vegas Market Veteran Leasing Manager Focusing on Home Decor, Home Textiles

International Market Centers (IMC) announced today that veteran real estate and leasing manager Nicole Hoppen has joined the Las Vegas Market team as a consultant, effective May 28. Hoppen previously was Leasing Manager of Home Accents & Fine Linens Showrooms for AmericasMart Atlanta, and will report to Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers.

Hoppen will work closely with the existing leasing team to support the expansion of better home décor and home textiles showrooms on floors C4 and C5 at Las Vegas Market, further bolstering the Market’s position as the leading gift and home décor destination in the western United States. Belshaw pointed to Hoppen’s enthusiasm and her background in showroom leasing, commercial real estate and the hospitality industry as key strengths.

“We are excited to welcome Nicole to International Market Centers and to the Las Vegas gift and home leasing team,” Belshaw commented. “Nicole’s experience in permanent showroom leasing and strong relationships in the home décor, home textiles and design communities will offer additional momentum to the accelerated growth and enrichment of these categories at Las Vegas Market.”

As leasing manager at AmericasMart, Hoppen was responsible for leasing 150,000 square feet of showroom space and was instrumental in maintaining an average showroom occupancy rate of 97%. Hoppen also previously served as vice president, sales and leasing for Kim King Associates, a full-service real estate firm in Atlanta, and also worked for leading Atlanta-based firms Bain & Co. and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co.

“I am thrilled to join International Market Centers and help sustain the gift and home initiative in Las Vegas,” Hoppen remarked. “I am personally and professionally inspired by IMC’s vision of a new market platform for the western United States, and look forward to being part of this dynamic and successful team.”
