Council Bluffs, IA – There is a new place to shop for clothing in Council Bluffs – not a nationally known retailer in a big, fancy store in one of the new malls.
Rather it’s in a quaint little shop in the heart of the city.
What’s more, a portion of every purchase goes toward helping the homeless.
