Partnership between Brandwise, J.Grob Associates sets new product information sharing standard for industry

“The Company,” a revolutionary new industry resource for standardized collection and distribution of product information and data, has been founded and launched by sales agency, J. Grob Associates in partnership with industry technology provider, Brandwise.

Developed to serve the needs of gift, home, housewares and other wholesale industries with similar multi-tier selling models, “The Company” will provide a standardized and systematic format for the collection and distribution of product information, ensuring a consistent flow of information across all industry touch-points – from manufacturer to sales agency to retailer.

The Company’s up-to-date, accurate and robust information will be used to feed web sites, order entry software and social media needs.  In addition, The Company will provide services to Brands that allow their retailer partners to easily download and distribute valuable content in minutes.

“For several years, Dylan Schauben and I have been frustrated by the lack of standards in our industry for organizing and distributing product data, digital assets and other necessary content among our sales partners,” said John Grob, founder of J. Grob Associates. “We have recognized and taken action to support the need for more affordable tools and technologies to support the changing climate of suppliers, sales agencies, and market centers, and we are very excited to partner with Brandwise on this project as their experience with delivering and receiving this type of information is extensive and proven.”

Brandwise currently hosts and processes data for over 6,000 suppliers represented by over 300 sales agencies who use Brandwise Play and Reach products to sell their products to the majority of specialty and national retailers. Leveraging The Company’s resources to assist suppliers in getting their visual and textual content in a timely, robust and accurate manner will benefit all stake holders, making them more valuable to their respective clients.
