The exposure to global lifestyles has created a conscious desire among Indians for Luxury living. Moreover, the trend of branded luxury residences and customers’ willingness to splurge on premium products has led to this growth. As per a report published by BRICdata reports, Indian interior products market is expected to grow at the fastest CAGR of 11.34% amongst the BRIC nations. Indian consumer’s evolving tastes and lifestyles are majorly affecting India‘s interior products industry figures which is expected to reach $48.5 billion by 2016.

Catering to the consumer needs of this nouveau-Indian, Ambiente India will showcase a diverse range of products, separated into the three clearly structured categories of Dining, Giving and Living. In the Dining section, buyers will discover new and leading brands showcasing innovations in the areas of table, kitchen and household, including glass, porcelain, ceramics, crystal, silverware, fine metal ware and modern designs in plastic. The Giving section will hold everything, from limited edition gifts, stationery and decorations to beauty and bath accessories. International furnishing ideas, avant-garde design, home accessories and decorations for indoors and outdoors will be found in the Living section.

At the recently concluded edition of Ambiente in Frankfurt, Indian companies presented an artistic palette of products and handicrafts represented by 400+ leading Indian brands spread across a massive 11000 sqm of space. This indicates the pressing need to bring the exhibition to India. Exhibitors and visitors were impressed with the quality of products on display as well as getting hands on information on the international Home Décor trends.
