Roman, Inc. sells Cottage Garden division

Roman, Inc., a leader in the giftware industry, has sold its Cottage Garden music box division to Elanze Designs, Inc.

In the fall of 2008, Roman purchased Cottage Garden, a music box company, from its founders, the Timm family. Ironically, Roman has sold the company back to Mark Timm, current Cottage Garden President and owner of Elanze. The move will allow Roman to better focus on its core product and pursue exciting new product categories. For Cottage Garden, Timm will be able to lead the company in the direction that he dictates.
