Salon West set for summer Las Vegas Market debut

Las Vegas Market announced that Salon West, a juried showcase of better home décor featured on the 5th Floor of Building C, is scheduled to make its Summer 2017 Las Vegas Market debut with three new exhibitors. Following its winter 2017 debut, the first summer market presentation will showcase a total of 12 fashion-forward firms including newcomers E. Lawrence Ltd., Lo Forti Fine Prints and Tempaper.

“Las Vegas Market continues to expand its overall home décor category offerings and to concentrate its better home décor resources to make shopping and sourcing more efficient for buyers,” said Scott Eckman, President of Furniture and Home Décor Leasing/ Chief Strategy Officer. “Salon West showcases the crème de la crème of design-driven home products in a sophisticated gallery-like setting, which is reinvented by exhibitors for each Market, keeping it fresh for designers and retailers shopping for unique new-to-Market product introductions.”

Newcomers to Salon West Summer Market include: E. Lawrence Ltd., an Atlanta-based purveyor of leather-bound books and handmade parchment bound books; Lo Forti Fine Prints, a California purveyor of hand-colored antique reproduction images, hand-detailed matting and custom framing; and Tempaper, a New York City-based creator of self-adhesive, removable wallpaper in an ever-changing array of high-impact designs.

These newcomers join the nine inaugural Salon West suppliers who are returning, including: Amity Home, a supplier of beautiful quilts, duvet covers, shams and pillows; Europe2You, a provider of sustainable and carefully-crafted antique and repurposed home furnishings and culinary accents; Get Lit, a supplier of creative, hand-crafted jewelry, candles and accessories; Jamie Dietrich, a Los Angeles-based designer of home décor and jewelry that showcases her love for recycled and vintage; Lowcountry Originals, producers of a unique line of lighting and accessories crafted from natural materials like marsh reeds, old metals, driftwood and oyster shells; Luna Bella, a supplier of an expansive line of lighting, clocks, furniture and accessories recognized worldwide for its unique blend of soft elegance and industrial chic flair; Natural Curiosities, a lifestyle brand providing unique wall décor, furniture and flooring known for a design aesthetic that combines distinct European elegance with California enthusiasm; OLY Studio, an award-winning design team that infuses antique motifs with a contemporary edge to create a line of modern luxury furniture, accessories and lighting; and Tritter Feefer, an environmentally-conscious manufacturer of fresh, transitional furnishings and accents.

“Circus on C5” and “Cirque du Salon,” two special events inspired by Cirque du Solei will take place on Sunday, July 31, from 4pm to 6pm on C5.  The floor-wide festivities will include Cirque-style performers, games and attractions, as well as specialty cocktails and a floating champagne service.  Other highlights include the SWEETS AT CIRQUE DU SALON, a fabulous circus-themed soiree during which Salon West vendors will offer market specials, entertainment and special showroom events.

Las Vegas Market presents 1,100,000+ square feet of home décor resources on 13 showroom floors in Buildings A, B and C, along with temporary home décor exhibitors in The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market.
