Spartanburg Woman Opening Chick-A-Pearl in Simpsonville
Simpsonville, SC – Christine Power of Spartanburg plans to open Chick-A-Pearl, a faith-based doll and accessory shop, in Simpsonville this week.
The shop, located at 125 N. Main St., is scheduled to open at 10 a.m. Saturday.
“I feel blessed and excited to see my vision reaching fruition,” Power said in a written statement. “God has opened a lot of doors for me to be able to do this. The rapid development and advance of technology in our culture has been a double-edged sword. My hope is to inspire and nurture the creativity of a new generation of girls by keeping the art of play-acting and love for classic literature alive.”
