Reading, UK – IT HAS been a feature of the town centre for 21 years and now Rymans has been labelled as a shop its customers cannot live without.

The stationery store in Duke Street has survived many transformations in Reading and attributes its success to having adapted to customers’ needs and wants.

Nominated for The Shop I Cannot Live Without category in this year’s Reading Retail Awards, manager Karin Boivin said: “This nomination is very important to Rymans as a company, not just to us. These are tough times so we have got to look after our customers. We pride ourselves in our customers and it’s great to hear they value that by nominating us.”
