The Maple Tree: More than just a gift shop, it’s ‘where friends gather’By ShoreNewsToday.com

Seaville, NJ – When Rosie McCoy first opened her gift shop, The Maple Tree, three years ago it was the only business in the small strip mall at the beginning of Route 50 in Seaville.

One might say perseverance has paid off, but Rosie feels the key to her success is social networking.

The store motto is “Where Friends Gather” and McCoy has made sure there are lots of reasons to come to her store. Along with the many handmade gifts, candles and custom jewelry she also offers classes for her customers in mosaics, glass fusion, basket weaving and jewelry making. She will custom design a gift for you if she can or will find someone to do it. This reporter requested a pillow with a calligraphy message from Isaiah to be on the front in needlepoint and the finished product was beautiful.
