Wide Range of Products Offered in Dallas for Fall Buying

Dallas Market Center today announced that this week’s Dallas Total Home & Gift Market (Sept. 7-9) will offer the opportunity for retailers to buy merchandise for the upcoming selling seasons. The wide range of products includes home accessories, furniture, holiday and seasonal items to gift, gourmet food, floral, stationery, toys, jewelry and fashion accessories.

Gourmet Market

New companies in the recently-expanded Gourmet Market, World Trade Center (WTC) 1-180, include: Cristi’ali Cuisine, Fat Mama’s Tamales, Red’s Texas, The Resident Chef and WebStores Ltd. The Gourmet Market will host a Tailgate Party on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 4 p.m. featuring snacks from exhibitors as well as complimentary beer and wine, and daily door prizes.

Outdoor Living

Big Bend Stone will make its Dallas Market Center debut in Outdoor Living, located in The Plaza, 1-1F201. “Country Christmas in The Plaza,” hosted by Craig Bachman Imports, Dallas Design Supply, Direct Export and Outdoor Living, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 4 p.m. in the 300/400 aisle. The event will feature snacks, beverages and special sales.

The Range

Exhibitors that recently debuted in The Range, a neighborhood of western home accents located on the WTC 6th floor include: Always Unique, WTC 6-6670; Cripple Creek Creations, WTC 6-6658; Green Blue Heron, WTC 6-6670; Moon Rein, WTC 6-6848; and Rustiques Gallery, WTC 6-6694. A beer and wine break will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 4 p.m. on the WTC 6 atrium.

Cash & Carry Temps

Cash & Carry temporary resources will be available on the 12th floor of the WTC. New exhibitors include: Crosses of Comfort, Design Inspirations, IDEATIVE Product Ventures, Inside Crystal Images, Pretty Pink Hippo, Shawl Dawls and Studio Rubiano. Additional exhibitors include Carol Su, Ole Gift, Rodeo Royalty, Simu Su, Turquoise Haven and many more.

Dallas Design Supply

Dallas Design Supply located in The Plaza, 1-1F314, offers floral containers, ribbon, party supplies and much more. Products are immediately available, off-the-shelf, individually with no minimums. “Peach Bellini Chill-Out” will be held from Saturday, Sept. 7 to Monday, Sept. 9 starting at 12:30 p.m. and ending at 5 p.m.

Educational Opportunities

Discovery Tour: “Sure-Fire Exciting and Sellable Gifts,” led by retail expert Rawlins Gilliland, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 3 p.m. on Trade Mart 1st floor. Market Orientation Tours will be held Sept. 7, 8 and 9 at 9 a.m. The tours will begin in the New Business Room, WTC 156A. For a complete list of events, visit the Dallas Market Center website.

In addition to September Market, First Monday & Tuesday Mini-Markets held October 7-8, November 4-5 and December 2-3 are available for buyers to fill in gaps in inventory and stock up for the holiday season.
