Woodbury, CT – Woodbury Pewter, at 860 Main St. South, is celebrating 60 years of handcrafting traditional and original designs with local artisans.

Owner Brooks Titcomb told Voices that his father, Lee Raymond Titcomb and great aunt, Ruth Holbrook, started the company in 1952.

“It began as a boutique gift shop and then they started manufacturing their own products. My dad was a very mechanical guy. What he didn’t know, he’d go ask people who knew.”
