GIFT SHOP Magazine Announces Winner of March Retail Forum Giveaway

Hanover, Mass. – GIFT SHOP magazine is happy to announce that Robin Marshall Clark of the online store C’est Papier, is the winner of GIFT SHOP Forum’s March raffle. She wins a video iPod Nano from GIFT SHOP magazine.

The Retail Forum at GIFTSHOPForum.com is GIFT SHOP magazine’s newest online venture and is meant to bring gift store retailers, vendors and other industry professionals together.

Participants can initiate and take part in discussions about gift store operations, marketing strategies, staffing practices and other aspects of their business. A variety of categories such as “Customer Service,” “Tradeshow/Mart Discussion,” and “What Should I Sell,” makes the forum easy to access and use. Retailers can also connect with the Specialty Retail Expert and publisher of GIFT SHOP, Patricia Norins, as well as with the magazine’s editor and writers.

Clark was delighted to be the winner and called her win the icing on the cake. She thanked GIFT SHOP for making the forum available to retailers like her. “I really enjoy having the forum to go to. I just opened my online store in June 2007 and go to the forum for advice and tips. I get all kinds of stuff from what’s hot to how to handle angry customers,” Clark said. She added that she planned to expand to a storefront this fall. “I know I will be going to the forum even more then,” Clark added.

Participation in the forum is free and available to all registered online users of GIFT SHOP.
