By making a submission, you agree and acknowledge that (1) Great American Media Services & Gift Shop Magazine (“we” or “us” or “our”) may use all or portions of your submission, including any images, in any and all manner in our sole discretion, (2) that you have all rights necessary in your submission to allow us to make such use and such use will not violate the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or an agreements you have with any third party, and that you will indemnify us for any such claim against us, and (3) that we are not required to use your submission in any manner and whether anything from your submission is included in our magazine is in our sole discretion.
