7 W New York Announces Suites Available for Home Fashions
New York, NY – 7 W New York continues to redefine the playing field for key New York markets with their new temporary Market Suites at 7 W. Now, the New York Home Fashions Market, which will take place September 15-19, 2008, is the latest to reap the benefits.
For the first time, textile manufacturers from around the globe will be able to exhibit in temporary space in a premier market building. Many of these companies had previously shown their newest wares in hotel rooms and borrowed suites spread out across the city. Now they and others will be able to upgrade to the 7 W Market Suites venue and the building’s convenient amenities, central location, and chic temporary spaces. This result is a more diverse offering at 7 W and increased buyer/retailer traffic throughout the building and market.
According to Chris Collins, vice president and general manager of 7 W New York, “Our home fashion product market weeks have been getting stronger with each market. Our new temporary Market Suites exhibit floor will take this success to a whole new level.”
Deborah Collins, Executive Director of Home Fashion Products Association, adds “7 W New York presents an exceptional space, already home to some of the leading textile manufacturers in the industry. HFPA is a proud partner of 7W.”
Market Suites @ 7 W represents leading edge design and functionality for temporary exhibition space. Taking advantage of the building’s easy-to-shop racetrack layout and manageable size, every square foot of the floor is a premium selling position. The generous ceiling heights allow for easy merchandising and visual displays, creating quality, open space that can be configured and customized to meet individual needs. The new spaces will be available on the 11th floor, which successfully hosted the VOLTA New York Art Fair in March and the New York Table Top Week in April. Spaces will start at 200 square feet and rent for $34 per square foot.
