Thankfully there are several free iPhone or Android applications that can help organize your work life, especially on the go.

“I use Expensify, which allows me to keep track of my expenses, which I am notoriously bad at,” he says. Expensify (also available on the iPhone) lets the user take a picture of a receipt and tag and classify it as “meals and entertainment,” “research” or “travel” and immediately upload it to the website.
