Bev’s Floral and Gifts Honors Decade of Service
Wisconsin Rapids, WI – In about six weeks, Debbie Freeberg went from looking for a new career to owning a floral business.
On Oct. 15, Freeberg will celebrate that decision as Bev’s Floral and Gifts will mark the 10th anniversary of her ownership with a celebration at the store’s Stevens Point location, 492 Division St.
In addition to wine and beer tasting, there will be live music and entertainment, refreshments, drawings and flower giveaways.
While this isn’t the busiest time of year — “Our business month is December, our busiest day is Valentine’s Day and our busiest week is during Mother’s Day,” Freeberg said — she said the celebration falls on Sweetest Day, in addition to the end of the annual rose sale by The Rotary Club of Stevens Point.
