Luv Bugs Caters to Pet Lovers; Expands Merchandise at New Location
Midland, TX – Tina Elliott and her family had always had big dogs as pets.
So when the time came for them to select a new member of their family, Elliott told her husband it was her turn to choose. She wanted a little dog. One she could cuddle with.
He surprised her with a 10-week-old Maltese they named Lily Bell. And while the tiny pup was a transition from the larger breeds they’d been used to, it’s a change that transformed their lives for the good even more than they could have expected.
Elliott has now added three more small dogs to their home and, after finding her niche in creating canine accessories, has opened a shop to cater to dog lovers like herself.
“I loved my outside dogs but I did not know you could love a dog like I do until I got Lily,” she said, speaking as she leaned on a rack inside the new location of her store, Luv Bugs Bow Wow Boutique. “It’s funny how everything changes about puppies. You wouldn’t know what to do without them. They’re just little love bugs.”
