“Serve on the Front / Cut on the Back!”
I’d love the opportunity to introduce your customers to the unique inlaid bread and cheese boards, cutting boards and lazy susans that are being produced daily by Kentucky craftsmen.
Bill and Jennifer Adams have been manufacturing inlays and medallions for over 15 years (John Travolta even has one of Bill’s Nautical Star inlays installed in his Florida home!) with their flooring manufacturing company, Custom Hardwood Supply. Then in 2007, a conversation over a glass of red wine in the backyard led them to branch out and make some of the more awesome designs they had created available to a wider market – and so was launched Kentucky Cutting Boards.
Cheese, bread and cutting boards may not seem like a new idea – but the ones created by the artisans of Kentucky Cutting Boards are different. Handcrafted using hardwoods (no dies, paints or stains) these boards feature inlays – and new designs are introduced year round. For the coast, a sea turtle inlay was just launched, and our most recent bread board design, a wine bottle, is being sold in fine wine shops across the country and in Canada! And, of course, being Kentucky based, among the top sellers is the Bread Board with Horseshoe inlay. For those who say they are too pretty to cut on, we say “Serve on the front /cut on the back!”
