Melrose International Updates Dallas Showroom
Melrose International announces that they have expanded their Dallas showroom ̶ nearly doubling the size ̶ and completed an entire showroom remodel to benefit both customers and employees.
The previous 4,347 square foot showroom has expanded to almost 9,000 square feet, allowing more room for customers, products and displays. The new showroom will be open for customers this January, and coincides with the launch of the 2013 Home & Holiday Collection.
“The driving force behind the expansion and remodel was to give customers more room to shop, and provide more floor space for our expanding product line. We see an increase in number of customers attending Dallas each year and want to be sure we are accommodating them as best we can,” said Brad Gullion, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Melrose.
Included in the remodel is an updated atmosphere, newly added snack bar, customer check out lounge, and an expanded entryway. The new atmosphere streamlines the entire customer experience, which got a face lift at the summer shows when the new Repzio iPad ordering system was implemented.
“Between the showroom updates and our new iPad ordering system, we are now able to make the buying process for our customers much more enjoyable. All of the updates ultimately get our customers in and out faster, and it doesn’t hurt to have some fun along the way!” continued Gullion.
The showroom is located in the same location and can be found in the World Trade Center, showroom 310.
