Mud Pie Moves Offices to Accommodate Growth Adds 40 New Jobs

Tucked away in Stone Mountain, Georgia, an unassuming industrial space plays home to Mud Pie’s design team, sales and marketing divisions, and a national customer service staff. It is also ground zero for an international distribution center that ships thousands of products to over 12,000 retailers worldwide.

The move increases Mud Pie’s warehouse operations by 57% and doubles their office space. The warehouse expansion enhances operational efficiencies for merchandise shipments. The new office features a collaborative design space where Mud Pie’s team of in house designers and artists work together developing product, and relaxed work/play areas for informal meetings and brainstorming.

Founded in 1988 by Marcia Miller, Mud Pie has become a significant player in the multi-billion dollar gift industry. The company has doubled sales in the past four years and created 40 new jobs in the past 24 months.
