The Primitive & Polished Market Place Celebrates Growing ‘Buy American’ Trend
The 2014 Primitive & Polished Market Place will once again provide an unmatched marketing opportunity for manufacturers of American Made home decor items, and their growing customer base. This year’s event is the 12th installment of the show, and will feature between 75 and 100 exhibitors, its largest roster yet.
“Each of our juried exhibitors reflect the better quality, better service and enhanced custom capabilities inherent in domestically-made product,” says Show Coordinator Wanda Gregg. “Our goal is to promote these advantages to the growing number of buyers who want to distinguish their stores with this special category of product. As the trend towards buying American continues to grow, we expect to see an increased number of retailers attending our show.”
After ten years Keystone Wholesale Markets is bringing its wholesale cash and carry show, The Primitive & Polished Market Place, back to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The show will be held on March 6 & 7, 2014 at Spooky Nook Fieldhouse, located just outside of Lancaster City near the town of Manheim.
Show Coordinator Wanda Gregg states, “We are very excited about this move. For a number of years both exhibitors and buyers have urged us to return to Lancaster County. Now with the new Spooky Nook Sports Complex, there is a 104,000 square-foot convention center available with enough floor space to meet our needs. The Nook Fieldhouse is easily accessible from Route 283 and has ample parking. This convenient country setting is attractive because those who arrive with trucks and trailers do not need to navigate city streets.”
The Keystone Outdoor Living Show, an order-writing show, is held in conjunction with The Primitive and Polished Market Place on the same dates and in the same building. Outdoor products include beautiful patio furniture, picnic tables, arbors, gazebos, sheds and other outdoor structures. For those buyers who sell both indoor and outdoor home décor items, this is a must- attend show.
Lancaster County has become a mecca for Wholesale Buyers. When they travel to The Primitive and Polished Market Place, Wholesale Buyers can also shop at the area’s wholesale warehouses and pick up orders at local manufacturers.
