Vienna, IL – An 18-year old from Vienna has realized her dream to own her own cupcake shop.
Cupcakes by Katelyn is at 405 North First Street in Vienna.
Owner Katelyn Bailey has been running her business through Facebook since February but now she has a location and everything is coming together for here.
