Edina, MN – Minq, a fashion boutique that opened at the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park last May, plans to open a second location at 50th & France in Edina in late February.

Minq owner Stacey Finnegan has signed a lease at 5045 S. France Ave., the exact space where she ran il Vostro Boutique from 2006 through 2010, when she sold the business. It was sold again before closing for good in December.

“It’s kind of a homecoming for me,” she said. “I’m looking forward to seeing some of my old clients who have been asking me to come back. … 50th & France is a known shopping destination, whereas the West End is viewed as more of an entertainment and dining destination.”
