Evanston, IL – Patty O’Neill has been selling gifts in her Evanston gift boutique, Perennials, since she bought the store in 2003.

But on April 1, O’Neill became the receiver of gifts, for a change.

The gifts and flowers came from customers who wanted to welcome Perennials to its new location, just two blocks east of where the store previously stood on Central Avenue for 25 years.
