The Woodlands, TX – Teacups and Tadpoles is one of several children’s stores Byrd has owned in the last 32 years. It all started when passion met opportunity, she said.

“I had a huge interest in children’s clothing and dressing my kids,” Byrd said. “I just kind of had a niche for merchandising and clothing and wanted to do something different.”

Now, Byrd is a grandmother, still fascinated by children’s clothing and profiting from her passion.
