Mud Pie hires Betsey Eastman to head customer service, sales support teams
Mud Pie has added Betsey Eastman as its Independent Channel Sales and Marketing Manager. In this newly created position, Eastman will oversee the development and training of Mud Pie’s sales support team and customer service representatives. She will also serve as the primary liaison with the OneCoast organization to deliver targeted product training and launch strategies for the Living and Kids divisions.
According to Fred Pannek, President of Mud Pie, Eastman has more than 25 years of experience in sales and customer service.
“Betsey has been a strategic sales leader across multiple sectors including the airline and telecommunications industries,” he said via a press release. “In her previous roles with Delta Airlines and BellSouth, Eastman has identified and prioritized sales and communication strategies and created the training tools to support the growth of new business.“
Eastman has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s in business from Georgia State University.
