ToyFest West moves ahead with in-person show

The Western Toy and Hobby Representatives Association (WTHRA) Board of Directors met Thursday, January 20 and voted to move forward with ToyFest West, which will be held March 9-11, 2022.

“There are many things to look forward to this coming March 9-11, 2022. One being, WTHRA will celebrate its Diamond Anniversary, 60 years of producing the finest toy show in the West! Another is that exhibitors are purchasing more booth space to prepare for the retailers, new and old who are registered for the show,” Lawrence Nissen, president, said.

ToyFest West 2022 has relocated to The Expo’s South Hall at World Market Center Las Vegas, a newly opened, purpose-built trade show facility in downtown Las Vegas. As an added benefit, ToyFest West attendees will have access to some cross-over gift and accessory lines presented in World Market Center Las Vegas permanent showrooms.

ToyFest West will follow Clark County and Nevada State Guidelines regarding Covid-19 at the time of the event. Currently, masks are being required for either vaccinated or unvaccinated people at indoor events in Clark County. Attendees and exhibitors will be asked to wear a mask at the entrance to any building. Signs will be posted as a reminder. Temperature checks will take place at the entrance to The Expo’s south hall by an EMT and hand sanitizer will be made available inside the hall at registration.
