Spring Market 2023 in Atlanta to offer sourcing opportunities

International Market Centers (IMC) will host its Spring Market March 1-3 at AmericasMart Atlanta.

The buying event provides access to AmericasMart’s Open-Year-Round showrooms plus additional market-only showrooms with complementary education, networking opportunities and more.

“Buyers are in search of the next must-have merchandise, and Spring Market presents a Q1 opportunity to source and shop the trend-driven AmericasMart showrooms,” said Bob Maricich, CEO of IMC. “The market’s early March timing is ideal to round out first-half buying and to stay ahead of key deadlines for seasonal merchandise.”

The market takes places in AmericasMart’s 350-plus Open-Year-Round showrooms plus an additional 80 showrooms across Buildings 1, 2 and 3. The product mix includes a broad range of gift and home merchandise across indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, accents, rugs, tabletop, seasonal, stationery, pets, children’s, baby and more. According to IMC, more than 40 casual furnishings brands are new to AmericasMart in 2023.

Spring Market programming aims to entertain, educate and inspire attendees, the organization says. Educational events at noon on each day of Spring Market include businesses-focused seminars and a live cooking demo in the Gourmet Demonstration Kitchen. The “Spring Market Fling” on March 1 from 2-4 p.m. is an opportunity for buyers and sellers to network in the Designer Workspace.

Daily amenities include complimentary coffee and cappuccinos, plus pop-up food and drink stations. Additionally, Spring Market attendees will have access to daily complimentary parking, courtesy of IMC.
