Founded in 1996 by Mary Ragon, whose vision laid the foundation for the company’s timeless aesthetic, Ragon House now serves retail partners across the United States and around the world with a full line of everyday, fall, and holiday décor.
A legacy of family, craftsmanship and customer care

Despite its growth, the company remains deeply family-owned and family-run. Early on, Mary’s daughter Carrie Ragon Donley joined as a product designer and quickly began shaping the look and feel of the Ragon House showrooms, catalogs, and overall aesthetic. Her creative influence continues to help define the brand. Mary’s son, Josh Ragon, joined soon after and has since led operations and the company’s strategic direction. Several family members also serve in key roles across warehousing, business development, and technology, ensuring the family’s values remain at the center of the business.
“What amazes me most about reaching 30 years,” said Mary Ragon, “is that our core as a company has never changed. We started in a barn with just a handful of people who believed in what we were building. Even as we’ve grown, that spirit of creativity and hard work continues to guide everything we do.”

“We’ve continued to do what we do best and stayed true to ourselves,” said Josh Ragon. “By staying true to our vision, we create products that feel genuinely ours — and our customers have always supported that. At the end of the day, serving our customers is the core of our business. Without them, we don’t exist.”
