NextGen Dallas expands showroom footprint at Dallas Market Center
The Link Companies announced the expansion of its NextGen Dallas showroom at Dallas Market Center, reinforcing its continued investment in major markets and commitment to serving independent retailers.

NextGen Dallas will take over the former DEMDACO showroom space, located in the Trade Mart (TM 1418) adding approximately 6,500 square feet of new showroom space. This expansion brings NextGen Dallas to a three-showroom footprint totaling 27,000 square feet, now located in TM 1028, 1418 and 2040.
As part of this transition, brands previously displayed in TM 1030 will be relocated into the expanded showroom footprint, and that space will be closed to streamline the overall presentation and enhance the buyer experience.
The new TM 1418 showroom will feature key vendor partners including Enesco and Regal Art & Gift, with additional line announcements to follow in the coming months.

“This expansion and deeper investment in our marketplace builds upon the legacy of NextGen Dallas’ while signaling the strength and vision of The Link Companies,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “Together, we are committed to enhancing the buyer experience as we welcome more retailers from the central and western U.S. to Dallas.”
“This expansion is a natural next step for NextGen Dallas as we continue to invest in the market and the relationships that drive it. Buyers have long known us as ‘the showroom with the staircase,’ and now we’re able to build on that identity with a more cohesive, elevated experience across all three showrooms,” said Kim Pounds, President of NextGen Dallas.
To celebrate the expansion, NextGen Dallas will host a ribbon cutting ceremony during the upcoming June Total Home & Gift Market at Dallas Market Center. Retailers are invited to explore the expanded showroom spaces, discover new product introductions, and connect with the NextGen Dallas team across all three locations.
