Route 66 Boutique

Route 66 Boutique, nestled in Oklahoma City’s 50 Penn Place, takes its name from owner Jeanette Koenig’s desire to provide merchandise that gathers the best from the road of life in a multitude of ways.

Filled with a variety of items—some new, some recycled—the boutique excels at deriving beauty in all forms. Steel artwork, created from recycled oil drums from Haiti, decorates the walls, and Koenig features a variety of gifts—including radiant soap dishes—made from recycled glass.

In addition, Route 66 is famously known for its soaps, made for sensitive skin, available in a variety of scents and colors. In the nineteen years since the store opened, Koenig has only gone one day without selling a bar of soap.
