Retailers can start 2026 off strong with renewed opportunities to source fresh products. Before heading to winter markets, check out the latest in market news, including new showrooms and partnerships, that will enhance the market experience.
Dallas Total Home & Gift Market will take place Jan. 7-13 at Dallas Market Center and will connect retailers and manufacturers in home décor, gifts, gourmet, housewares, accessories and lighting. In addition to permanent showrooms, The Temps provides hundreds of additional unique resources across all product categories, running Jan. 7-10.
“The first market of the year is critically important for retailers to see and order product first,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “We’re proud to inspire the community with new showrooms and debuting collections all in one efficient marketplace that helps buyers plan for a successful year.”
Atlanta Market will take place Jan. 13-19 at AmericasMart Atlanta. As ANDMORE’s first major wholesale buying event of the year, Atlanta Market offers buyers access to 6,000-plus product lines across gift, décor, furnishings, seasonal, lifestyle and apparel categories.
“Atlanta Market is where the new year begins for our industry,” said Jon Pertchik, CEO of ANDMORE. “It’s the first opportunity for buyers and sellers to come together, discover what’s new, and make connections that shape the year ahead. Winter [Atlanta] Market 2026 is where planning turns into action.”

NY NOW, produced by Emerald, announced the renewal of its partnership with the Greeting Card Association (GCA) to co-locate their respective events in New York City beginning in 2026. The collaboration will debut with GCA’s *Noted: The Greeting Card Expo taking place within the NY NOW Winter Market, Feb. 1-3 at the Javits Center.
“This partnership brings together the top events in our respective sectors,” said Matthew Mathiasen, show director of NY NOW. “By aligning *Noted with NY NOW, we’re creating new opportunities for buyers and exhibitors to connect across complementary product categories. GCA has done remarkable work in making *Noted the go-to destination for the greeting card and stationery community.”
Founded in 2019, *Noted: The Greeting Card Expo is the largest independent gathering of greeting card makers in North America. The event aims to bring together creators, publishers and retailers to explore new products, spark collaboration and celebrate the diversity and creativity of the industry.
As part of the agreement, *Noted will feature a dedicated pavilion within the NY NOW Winter Market show floor. Organizers expect the addition to bring 50 to 70 new exhibitors and boost attendance. The show will also serve as an official judging location for the 37th Annual Louie Awards, GCA’s honors recognizing outstanding greeting card design.
MUD PIE RELOCATES ATLANTA SHOWROOM
Mud Pie will relocate its flagship showroom for January 2026 to AmericasMart Atlanta, Building 2, Floor 18, Suite 1821.

After nearly 10 years on Floor 6, Mud Pie will return to Floor 18, where the brand first established its presence in the market center. According to the company, the move places Mud Pie in close proximity to sales partners Ivystone and OneCoast.
Positioned strategically by the main escalators in Building 2, Mud Pie’s new showroom location aims to provide high visibility and easy access. While the space may have changed, the company said its signature aesthetic remains the same. The layout of the showroom on Floor 6, which was divided by a hallway, will now be replaced with an open, unified floor plan designed to offer a more fluid, inviting environment.
“Returning to Floor 18 is an exciting new chapter for Mud Pie,” said Katie Chapman, director of customer experience and B2B sales at Mud Pie. “This new location offers the perfect blend of accessibility and visibility, ensuring that Mud Pie is top of mind for retailers when they start their buying trips at market. The new space feels vibrant and fresh, and we look forward to providing our buyers with an even more enhanced shopping experience.”
