7 W Welcomes Plush Toy Specialist Steiff North America Inc. to Its Destination Marketplace

(New York, NY) Steiff North America, Inc., the world’s oldest and most prestigious plush manufacturer, will debut its new showroom at 7 W on February 13th in concurrence with the American International Toy Fair and 7 W New York’s Toy & Trim Week. The space will showcase Steiff’s unique hand-made plush and will service clients’ needs from all over the U.S. This highly anticipated new addition to the 7 W family of showrooms presents buyers with another great reason to shop this destination trade building.

According to Jim Pitocco, president of Steiff North America, Inc. “We are excited to be able to show our lines of collectibles and toy products year-round at our new showroom. This will give us a new forum to reach more customers in a fresh and exciting way.”

Steiff, whose products are still made by hand in their century-old manufacturing facility in Giengen an der Brenz, Germany, is known as the inventor of the Teddy Bear.
