Acquisition of Kris & Co. marks expansion into Northeast markets for Just Got 2 Have It
Just Got 2 Have It (JG2HI), a leading manufacturer’s sales agency based in Atlanta, announced that an agreement has been made to acquire the northeast-based sales agency, Kris & Co.
Kris & Co. is the Northeast’s leading manufacturer’s rep group in the gift, bath & body and home accent categories. It is known for fun, fresh and innovative products. Under the terms of the transaction, at closing, Just Got 2 Have It will assume full control of Kris & Co. All employees, independent sales reps and vendors will remain the same.
Just Got 2 Have It principals Barbara Knight and Michelle Morgan have enjoyed a long-standing relationship of mutual trust and respect with friend and colleague, Kris Kaplan. The Kris & Co. sales team has also established themselves as highly competent, effective sales organization in the northeast region. The two sales agencies currently represent many of the same lines and have previously paired up to share annual sales meetings.

Michelle Morgan, Principal of Just Got 2 Have It, agreed. “We can now develop and maintain retailer relationships coast to coast throughout the year. By integrating our sales and marketing teams, our vendors will benefit greatly.”
