Barnstorm announces License Agreement with Carol Eldridge
Marietta, Ga. – As part of its 2008 mid-year product offering, Barnstorm will release two new home and garden collections designed by artist Carol Eldridge. Known for her bright, exuberant designs, Eldridge’s art is a natural complement to Barnstorm’s innovative perspective on garden accessories, gifts and decor.
“We are so pleased to be working with someone as talented as Carol. With her lighthearted spirit and unique point of view, she’s a perfect match for Barnstorm,” said Jeff Odell, Barnstorm’s president.
Barnstorm is known for its core collection of handcrafted, authentic products made from recycled sap buckets and barn tin. Recognized in the market for natural design concepts and eclectic styling, the company has enjoyed growing national recognition since its 1999 inception.
Movement is central to the Flutter Buggies Garden Party line, where bumblebees, lady bugs, butterflies and dragonflies perch on garden accessories and move with the wind. Including items from chimes to garden stakes to plaques, the line features bright primary colors perfect for a happy outdoor environment.
“We also noticed that few other companies do garden items for the fall,” says Eldridge. Together, Barnstorm’s Odell and Eldridge worked to conceptualize the Harvest Moon line, where fall-oriented decor enliven gardens that have started to recede during the cooler months. Fun, funky items like a Mayflower birdhouse and weathered Thanksgiving-themed metal decor items reflect the stylish and funky Barnstorm feel.
Now in development, the line is slated for introduction in June, 2008.
