Alexandria, IN – Rachel Forrester is excited to have her business mobbed.

“Whatever issues come up, we will work through them,” she said with a laugh.

Forrester, 63, is the owner of Rachel’s Hi Way Cafe, 2617 S. Park Ave. in Alexandria, and the first business to experience a “cash mob” organized by the Alexandria-Monroe Chamber of Commerce.
