Brandwise Reports Dramatic Expansion of Customer Base

Innovative technology solutions provider Brandwise is dramatically expanding its business with both existing and new customers, recently signing more than 40 new sales agreements. Founded in 1997, Brandwise develops modern technology that helps suppliers and sales agencies sell more, offering a studio of solutions including order presentation, order capture, sales order integration, business intelligence and e-commerce to suppliers, sales agencies and sales representatives in the gift and home furnishings industries.

“A number of key firms in the gift and home industries have signed with Brandwise for the first time and numerous existing customers have expanded and upgraded their technology packages to include more of the Brandwise studio of software,” said Todd Litzman, president of Brandwise. “We are committed to developing critical innovations and technology solutions that improve efficiency at every stage of the sales process. Among Brandwise’s notable new and returning customers are Codarus, a sales agency representing upscale lines of home accessories, furniture, bedding, tabletop, gifts and personal care; Creative Co-op, a wholesaler of decorative accessories, accent furniture and wall décor; Fieldstone Marketing, a sales agency representing fashion forward accessories for hair, clothing and shoes; The Postcard Factory/PCF Souvenirs, a wholesaler of souvenirs; and Transpac, a premier wholesaler of gift, seasonal, decorative accessories and floral products.

PCF Souvenirs, Brandwise’s first client in the souvenir business, selected Brandwise’s order capture and business intelligence tools. “PCF Souvenirs was seeking a flexible, easy-to-use system that will do the ‘heavy lifting’ for our sales executives so that they are free to focus on their tasks and goals. With Brandwise, we expect to have easier access to up-to-date, accurate data and to increase efficiencies in our processes through automation and intelligent design,” points out Igor Keselman, director of operations and IT for PCF. PCF Souvenirs has been a leading wholesaler serving the North American retail market for more than 30 years. The company’s customers include Wal-mart, CVS, Walgreens, and numerous tourist attractions across both Canada and the USA.

New customer Fieldstone Marketing selected Brandwise’s presentation and order capture tools, as well as automated commission processing and reporting services. Fieldstone principal Donna Watson commented, “We selected Brandwise after careful review and consideration of the product that was offered. The service side was equally important to us. We wanted to make sure we were partnering with a company who shared our same sense of responsibility to servicing the client. Our experience to date with regard to both product performance and service is beyond our expectations.”

Transpac and Creative Co-op have upgraded their services to the full studio of sales tools. Transpac national sales manager Donna Law pointed out, “We chose Brandwise’s studio of products to help our sales reps become more productive and efficient during their sales calls, helping them manage their business. We are excited about our sales reps having the ability to access customer history, product assortments and real time inventory while working with their accounts.”

Garry Schermann, Creative Co-op senior vice president of sales, added, “Brandwise is the preeminent provider of software sales analysis and account management technology. We are optimistic that the Brandwise studio will increase order efficiency and enhance the overall sales experience. Providing iPads with the Brandwise’s visual tools will entice the customers by offering a more interactive sales experience.”

Sales agency Codarus is returning to Brandwise as a client and extending their services to include the full studio of sales tools. “We are pleased to welcome Codarus back to Brandwise after they experimented with a competitive product,” said Greg Ford, vice president of sales and marketing for Brandwise. “We feel our robust customer support and efficient, intuitive sales tools provide the best option for sales agencies like Codarus, allowing them to better service their customers.”
