California Gift Show hosting roundtable and networking lunch in addition to seminars

In response to feedback from retailers requesting more opportunities to network with each other and share ideas, the California Gift Show will host its first Retail Roundtable and Networking Lunch during the July 17-20, 2015 edition at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Headlining the show’s comprehensive educational schedule, the Roundtable Networking event invites attendees to join a panel of leading retailers to share success stories, strategies and proven best practices from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 19. Lunch will be served directly following for attendees to continue the conversation.

Moderated by Lynn Switanowski-Barrett, President, Creative Business Solutions, the panel will include Eric Flanigan, Vice President, Aramark Parks & Resorts; Christie Boyd and Diana Doyle, Owners, Porch, Santa Barbara, California; and Mary Liz Curtin, Co-owner, Leon and Lulu, Clawson, Michigan. From marketing and merchandising to tips on how to survive and thrive heading into the third and fourth quarters, the roundtable session will provide proven ideas for retailers put into work at their stores.
