California Gift Show Joins Sustainable Furniture Council
The Portland Gift & Accessories Show will kick off the summer buying season with a must-see showcase of handmade product by Northwest artisans, gifts and collectibles unique to the Pacific Northwest and new product launches by nationally-recognized brands, May 31 – June 3, 2008, at the Oregon Convention Center. Serving as a discovery zone for innovative products and emerging trends, the market will feature 300 exhibitors and attract some 3,000 buyers.
THE MARKET
One-of-a-kind products will be discovered throughout the Show’s six distinct divisions – Artisans Avenue, Fashion Accessories, Food Focus, Gift & Collectibles, Jewelry Vaultsm and Vintage Collection. The Portland Gift & Accessories Show offers buyers a first look at “must haves” for the 2008 holiday season. At the same time, the Show affords market participants the chance to reconnect with existing suppliers and discover new business opportunities.
“The Portland Gift & Accessories Show is a vibrant marketplace that is ideal for discovering unique products not found at other shows. From Artisans Avenue, to jewelry and gift items representative of the region, this Show presents something new and exciting for every type of retailer. It’s truly a must-attend event for the independent retailer seeking innovative products that will set their store apart from others.” Jenay Root, Show Manager
