Coshocton, OH – More than 25 people turned out for Coshocton’s first Cash Mob event Monday at Canal Cargo, and it could be an indication of good things to come.

“We think it’s a fantastic idea,” said Nancy Zeigler, who browsed through some Ohio State University items with her husband, Mike. “I think it’s great for the economy, and I hope they keep it up, because I don’t want to lose any more of these local shops.”

While the Zeiglers said they shop in Coshocton County as much as possible, Canal Cargo store owner Lynette Wright understands local shops can sometimes be taken for granted.
