Colonial Candles Introduces New Collections, Formats and Fragrances for Spring and Everyday

Cannon Falls, MN – Midwest, leading designer and manufacturer of the Seasons of Cannon Falls brand of holiday and seasonal home accents and premium Colonial Candle brand of candles, introduces a broad collection of new Colonial Candle fragrances and formats for spring and everyday.Colonial Candle’s new Spring and Everyday line features nearly 200 new items, including the nature-inspired Elements of Nature collection, On the Coast collection, new spring decorative container candles, and six brand new, trend-driven fragrances for everyday, as well as 11 new Madison container candle fragrances.

New Elements of Nature Collection

To provide new fragrance options for consumers interested in nature and the trend in the outdoor and wellness lifestyle, Colonial Candle introduces a new collection called Elements of Nature. It includes six fragrances that bring the feeling of nature’s peace and tranquility, with scents that are clear and simple, and natural ingredients such as essential oils like orange, lemon, lavender, cedar wood and clove oil. Fragrances include:

• Clear Skies: Featuring the scent of the fresh outdoors under clear, blue skies, with fragrance notes of dewy greens, ozone, lavender, geranium, musk and sandalwood.
• Lilac Leaves: The scent of lilac blossoms and soft green leaves, featuring fragrance notes of lilac, florals and greens.
• Persimmon: Fresh picked persimmon fruit, sweet and juicy with a hint of tartness, Persimmon features fragrance notes of mandarin, peach, apricot, cassis, vanilla and sandalwood.
• Rainforest: The early, clean scent of lush greens, rainwater and woods, featuring fragrance notes of marine, green, ozone, melon, water flowers, amber, musk and sandalwood.
• Sage Blossom: A blend of wild white sage, fresh air and soft florals, featuring fragrance notes of greens, lemon, ozone, white sage, lavender and musk.
• Seagrass: The fresh scent of the ocean and seagrass, featuring fragrance notes of marine, citrus, agave, dewy florals and driftwood.

Colonial’s new Elements of Nature fragrances are available in 3.5 ounce, 8 ounce and 22 ounce classic oval containers; 5.5 ounce and 12 ounce Madison round containers; tealights, votives and Simmer Snaps; 3 by 6 inch smooth pillar candles and trial lights. Suggested retail prices range from $1.50 for votives to $23 for the 22 ounce oval containers.

New On the Coast Collection

Based on the trend of coastal living, Colonial Candle also introduces On the Coast, a collection of 15 different coastal-style candle accessories. The collection includes sand dollar pillar plates, shutter pillar stands, starfish and seashell taper and tealight holders, a lighthouse lantern, shell luminaries and four different candleholders made of driftwood and glass. Suggested retail prices range from $4 to $15 each.

New Spring Decorative Container Candles

Colonial also introduces eight new decorative container candles designed with butterflies and florals, and perfect for Mother’s Day and springtime gift-giving. Inspired by the market trend of pretty floral patterns in fashion, home decor and stationery, the container candles feature four 7-ounce glass containers with traditional butterfly and floral patterns, and four 7-ounce glass containers with contemporary, bold floral patterns. The suggested retail price is $12.99 each.

Six New On-Trend Fragrances for Everyday

• Thai Silk: Based on the trend of creating spa-like Zen spaces, Thai Silk is a sophisticated and exotic combination of fruits and florals on top of rich woods and amber, with fragrance notes of fruity, floral, oriental, amber and woody.
• Garden Mint: Based on consumer interest in nature and overlapping trend of creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle, Garden Mint features fresh fragrance notes of spearmint, herbaceous, floral, citrus, pine needle and musk.
